Russia's invasion of Ukraine is not a "minor incursion" that Biden claimed. It is a real Ukraine-Russia War.

Biden can show Putin of the sanctions that he boasted in the past weeks, which he will unleash on Russia, but will it work? Most likely not because Russia doesn't fear Biden or his administration and will invade Ukraine regardless of what sanctions imposed on Russia.

This is also Biden last chance to show US leadership on the world stage that the dictator who destroys the world peace must pay the price.

At present time, Putin has moved his military to start an invasion on Ukraine, and he doesn’t care about the US sanctions or even thinking about Biden. The only way to make Putin goes back to the negotiating table is for the US to show its military power and sends a clear message to Putin that he will make a wrong move if he intends to invade Ukraine.

Putin doesn't appear to fear of the current US leadership because he knows the best Biden can do is sanctions, and does not have any plan to stop the war. And of course, dictator doesn't fear sanctions, doesn't care diplomatic solutions, they only fear military response power.
