Biden approved deployment of thousands of troops to European allies amid Ukraine crisis is an indication of failed foreign policy. While it showed that the US is supporting its NATO allies, but sending small troops is not the solution, especially, given the massive Russian troops gathered at the Ukraine's border. The US needs to show Putin the US military power and makes him go back to the negotiation table and withdraw all the troops at the Ukraine's border. Biden needs to negotiate from the position of strength, but ultimately Biden does not have that capability. 

Furthermore, this deployment of troops is another broken promised that Biden made to the American people. The President weak leadership and failed foreign policy lead to unprecedented crisis around the world from Afghanistan chaotic withdrawal to Ukraine current situation. President Xi of China is also looking at Taiwan, and Xi will make the move to claim Taiwan once Putin is invading Ukraine. 

All of this is the results of Biden Administration failed foreign policy and leadership incompetence, and because of his weak leadership and failure on all fronts, he had caused the world destabilized and less safe due to no law and order.
